Oracle Cloud Financials Expert
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials specialist to lead regional rollouts, configure local statutory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead Implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance Modules: Oversee end-to-end implementation of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax modules in Latin American countries.
* Ensure Compliance with Local Regulations: Ensure adherence to local statutory and tax regulations (e.g., e-invoicing, withholding tax, statutory reporting).
* Collaborate with Business Users and Technical Teams: Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical developers to configure localizations and validate legal reporting requirements.
* Support Multi-Country Rollouts: Collaborate with global teams for multi-country rollouts with a specific focus on Latin America localization challenges.
* Provide Knowledge Transfer and Troubleshooting: Conduct workshops, gather requirements, prepare functional documents, provide knowledge transfer, and troubleshoot issues during testing and post-production support.
Required Skills and Experience:
* 8+ Years of Experience in Oracle Financials: Require at least 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations in Latin America.
* Deep Knowledge of Country-Specific Financial and Tax Localizations: Possess deep knowledge of country-specific financial and tax localizations (Brazil NF-e, Mexico CFDI, Argentina VAT, etc.).
* Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials Modules: Have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Tax, FA, CM).
* Strong Understanding of Oracle Cloud Globalization/Localizations Tools: Possess a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Globalization/localizations tools and capabilities.
* Hands-On Configuration Experience: Have hands-on configuration experience and ability to work with technical teams on integrations and customizations.
* Fluency in English Required; Spanish or Portuguese a Strong Plus.
* Strong Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Documentation Skills.
Nice to Have:
* Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in Financials.
* Experience Working with Multi-Currency and Multi-GAAP Environments.
* Familiarity with SOX Compliance and Regional Audit Requirements.
