Who you'll work for
Revilo is a recruitment agency that specializes in the AI- SaaS hiring space. They partner directly with early-stage, high-growth tech companies that are building cutting-edge teams from scratch.
What you’ll do
* Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers)
* Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities .
* Use best-in-class tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement.
* Work to aggressive hiring targets;
the harder you work, the more you earn (UNCAPPED commissions!)
* Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.
What we’re looking for
* Excellent English communication skills
* Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack.
* Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously.
