This engagement is part of a larger product initiative, and strong performance may lead to future design phases. We're seeking someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership in a remote, fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive, accessible UI and UX flows enriched with clean, purposeful motionCreate animations, transitions, micro-interactions, banners, and Lottie or Framer Motion-ready assetsBuild or refine a lightweight design system in Figma, including components, tokens, motion states, and documentationPropose tasteful animation patterns that enhance usability rather than distractExplore modern visual styles, including subtle 3D, parallax, or holographic-inspired elementsEnsure all motion follows accessibility best practices (reduced motion, contrast, timing, cognitive load)Deliver final assets with implementation notes for engineering teamsCollaborate closely with product to iterate quickly based on feedbackRequirements4 or more years of experience in UI / UX design with strong motion and interaction design skillsExpert-level Figma skillsProficiency with animation tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or Framer MotionPortfolio demonstrating motion-first interfaces, refined UI, and strong UX thinkingAbility to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate efficientlyAdvanced English for communication with international teamsNice to HaveKnowledge of Spline, Blender, or other 3D prototyping toolsExperience building or maintaining design systems at scaleFamiliarity with front-end animation frameworks (React, Framer Motion, CSS transitions)Previous work in agile or fast-paced product teamsWhy JoinYour work will directly shape how users experience motion in our product.This is a highly visible project with room for creativity and experimentation.You'll join a small, focused remote team that values craft, clarity, and smart design, and there's a strong chance for future collaboration as the product expands.
