Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
About the Role:
* In charge of existing clients, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts within assigned territories.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories, leveraging commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Portuguese is desirable.
