What We're Looking For: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the physical and financial control of our demonstration equipment. In this role, you will play a key part in inventory management and organization, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining the integrity of our assets Perform detailed recording of all inbound and outbound equipment movements. Keep the inventory management system consistently updated. Be responsible for the receipt, storage, organization, and shipment of demonstration equipment. Conduct periodic physical inventories to ensure conformity between the physical stock and accounting records. Perform the accounting, classification, and registration of assets, including acquisitions and write-offs, as well as controlling inbound and outbound invoices. Keep all documentation related to assets organized and archived, in both physical (if applicable) and digital formats. Create and complete spreadsheets and internal control reports for management tracking. Support ad-hoc projects, developing financial reporting for ad-hoc projects. Liaise with department managers and effectively communicate financial analysis. Design and production of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanations. Perform other duties as assigned.
