SAP Technical Cutover Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to transform your career by leading SAP technical activities. As a key member of the project team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails and project documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
* Experience in SAP technical activities, such as localization and deployment.
* Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
