GoodWe is looking for a Sales Manager to expand and strengthen relationships with solar retail distributors and EPCs in Brazil. This position is responsible for managing strategic customers, driving channel development, and ensuring operational excellence. Your mission as a Sales Manager is to achieve established sales targets, optimize channel operations, and implement strategic account planning while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a remote position based in Brazil. You will work closely with the pre-sales, after-sales, and marketing teams, as well as collaborate with the internal sales team at the company's headquarters.Main responsibilitiesSell into the whole portfolio of inverters, batteries and accessories in the residential, C&I, and utility market segments.Responsible for the operation and implementation of effective business development measures to ensure the promotion and generation of sales in accordance with company policies.Taking actions to resolve complex problems, implement measures to achieve cost savings and ensure customer satisfaction.Increase the distributors volume across all product lines (inverters, storage, etc.).Setup business development plan and action plans by account.Identify, drive and pursue new business opportunities with different distributors, wholesalers, resellers, installers by selecting appropriate products enablers.Manage business opportunities and deliver recognized value to customers that will generate profit and continuous growth for GoodWe.Identify Distributor sales requirements/gaps and work on a solution.Develop and maintain an understanding of target customers and markets, as well as industry/channel issues, and customer purchasing behavior and influences. Obtain, evaluate and communicate such market-customer-channel & competitor behavior information.Work with his sales team and jointly with Pre-sales, After-sales, and Marketing teams to establish and implement business plan objectives.Provide portfolio, channel policy, and campaigns presentations to distributor, resellers, and installers.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, installers, distributors, EPCs and Investors.Work with CRM for the best outcome.ProfileBachelor’s degree in an Engineering-related field is preferred.Business development expertise with a proven sales track record with Tier-1 companies.Professional experience in working with PV solar inverters preferred.Exceptional analytical skills, relationship management qualities, and leadership abilities.Strong goal orientation and closing mindset.Proven ability to articulate the value proposition of solutions and to differentiate against competitors.Able to work with a high degree of independence.We expect an enthusiastic team player, willing to communicate across departments.Proven customer focus with bottom line in mind.Availability to travel 50% of each month.Must have a valid driver’s license.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionConsulting and Business DevelopmentIndustriesRenewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing
