Key Account Manager Position
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. This role is crucial in defining goals, managing, and acquiring a client portfolio, as well as executing the expansion plan for assigned markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Building Business Relationships
Establish strong relationships with hotels in your portfolio, ensuring effective communication and mutual understanding.
* Inventory Optimization and Rate Competitiveness
Maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels by negotiating conditions and optimizing inventory and availability.
* Demand Data Analysis and Strategic Alignment
Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with the demand from our agency network.
* Online Marketing and Direct Sales Advice
Provide expert advice on online marketing and direct sales strategies to drive business growth.
* Identifying Business Opportunities
Collaborate with department heads and the Business Acceleration area to identify new business opportunities, such as products, offers, or services.
Requirements:
* Experience
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a related field.
* Education
Educated in tourism or a related field.
* Customer Orientation
Strong customer orientation skills.
* Negotiation Skills
Excellent negotiation skills.
* Language Proficiency
Advanced level of English language proficiency.
