Enterprise Risk Management Specialist
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management framework to mitigate credit, market, liquidity, operational, and technology risks across the organization.
The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in financial and prudential risk management, and knowledge of regulations. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field is required, with postgraduate qualifications preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain an enterprise risk management framework.
* Conduct prudential and capital risk assessments, including stress testing and scenario analysis.
* Prepare, validate, and support regulatory disclosures.
* Lead the governance and oversight of margin-account operations, defining maximum LTV ratios, monitoring collateral valuation, and ensuring adherence to client exposure limits.
* Continuously monitor key risk indicators, escalating breaches to senior management.
