You’ll work alongside dynamic, collaborative, and quality-focused teammates.You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of Mainline and Urban (M&U) signaling installation projects, from trackside to onboard systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, EHS Managers, Installation Engineering teams), manage subcontractors, coordinate third-party interfaces, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of managing installation plans, procedures, and work packages, but also oversee site activities, resource planning, and compliance with EHS and regulatory standards.We’ll look to you for:Managing and organizing site activities, including facilities, resources, and toolsDelivering and maintaining installation plans, Work Method Statements (WMS), and proceduresOverseeing the Installation Work Package, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and performanceMonitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, and non-conformitiesManaging subcontractors, including quality and delivery assessmentsCoordinating interfaces with third parties such as civil work partners and utilities providersDriving continuous improvement in installation performance and contributing to best practicesEnsuring compliance with EHS policies and regulatory standardsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
