Responsible for leading communication strategies for Pasture and Seed Treatment markets, ensuring strong value proposition positioning, consistent brand messaging, and effective execution of integrated campaigns (online & offline). Acts as a key interface between marketing, commercial, agronomy, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute communication strategies and plans aligned with business objectives. Build and strengthen the value proposition and positioning of products and portfolio. Lead product launches, campaigns, and communication initiatives across channels. Manage communication and creative agencies (online and offline), ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery. Oversee communication budget, tracking performance and ensuring efficient allocation. Define and monitor KPIs and performance metrics (awareness, engagement, value perception). Support the commercial team with communication materials that reinforce portfolio positioning. Ensure strong execution in events, field activities, and market presence initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience in communication, marketing, or brand management (preferably in agribusiness). Experience managing agencies and integrated campaigns. Strong background in budget management and performance tracking. Knowledge of digital communication and analytics tools. Fluent communication and stakeholder management skills.
