You'll take raw footage and photos from our Content Strategist and turn them into polished social media content that stops the scroll and drives business. This role is perfect for someone who loves the technical side of content creation and wants consistent work without the headaches of strategy and client management.Responsibilities:Video Editing Excellence - Edit 3-5 short-form videos weekly (60 seconds or less) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, plus occasional longer-form content for YouTube and LinkedIn, turning raw smartphone footage into professional-looking contentVisual Content Creation - Design social media graphics, thumbnails, and visual elements using AI tools, stock photos, or original design work that maintains consistent brand identity across all platformsTechnical Post-Production - Add text overlays, branded elements, professional captions, music, and sound design while color correcting and optimizing audio to make mobile footage look like we spent real money on productionPlatform Optimization - Adapt content for different platform requirements (square, vertical, horizontal), create engaging thumbnails, and ensure technical specs meet platform standards for maximum reach and engagementBrand Consistency - Maintain visual brand standards across all content, develop templates and systems for efficient production, and ensure every piece of content reinforces our premium positioningThis role reports directly to the Sales & Admin Manager.Work Environment: Fully remote contractor position. Work whenever you want as long as you meet deadlines and turnaround times (typically 48-72 hours for video projects).
