Responsibilities
* Fully understand business strategy planning from multiple dimensions in order to enhance brand perception. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
* Understand the demands of customers, users, products, partners and other relevant parties, and explore deep-level needs in communication. Oversee the creation and maintenance of a compelling brand identity, including logos, visual assets, brand guidelines, and messaging.
* Participate in the strategy formulation of the department and propose reasonable and effective suggestions; identify the department's business problems and opportunities. Craft and communicate a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels, ensuring alignment with the target audience and market trends.
* Solve problems in innovative ways using past experience and project prediction during project planning and execution.
* Coordinate cross-departmental resources based on an understanding of the horizontal architecture and resource distribution of the business, reach consensus, and achieve results through collaboration.
Requirement:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* Proven experience (7+ years) in branding, brand management, or a similar role.
* Strong understanding of branding principles, design, and market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique brand strategies.
* Proficiency in branding software and tools.
* Leadership and team management experience.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
* Past experience in E-commerce and Tech companies is a plus.
