Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to fill this critical role in our organisation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients, representing our portfolio of products, and coordinating promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients.
* Represent the full portfolio of products and communicate upcoming game releases and opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns.
* Analyse campaign performance and proactively address any issues.
* Identify evolving client needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and implement improvements based on root-cause analysis.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum client satisfaction.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years' experience in account management in the online B2B iGaming sector.
* Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting.
* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus.
* Professional demeanour with the flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed.
