About the Position
We are looking for a person to act as a Finance Manager with a strong presence in managing operational and transactional financial activities, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and meeting of deadlines for financial information. The position will be responsible for coordinating external partners (BPO) in the accounting, tax, and treasury fronts, in addition to ensuring the consistency of numbers and supporting executive leadership with reliable financial reports and analysis. This role will have a central part in the organization and discipline of financial processes, with a direct interface with the Commercial and Operations areas, acting closely with the business.
Work Model: Hybrid, being 4x per week at the office in Pinheiros, São Paulo.
Reporting: Exposure to global reporting structures.
Main Responsibilities
Manage external partners (BPO) in the Accounting, Tax, and Treasury fronts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and meeting of deadlines.
Ensure the delivery of key financial reports within the deadline, including monthly closing, forecast (landing), and cash flow.
Ensure the accuracy of numbers and integrity of financial information, guaranteeing alignment between accounting and management views.
Act with strong mastery over revenue recognition, control of provisions, accruals, and other accounting routines.
Lead and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, credit, and collection processes, ensuring operational discipline.
Support executive leadership with clear, organized, and reliable financial reports.
Act as a business partner to the Commercial and Operations areas, supporting product margin analysis, pricing definition, and decision-making.
Ensure consistency and quality of information used in financial planning processes, in interface with the FP&A area.
Structure, review, and improve financial processes, focusing on efficiency, organization, and reliability of information.
Maintain a close relationship with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and fluidity of financial processes.
Required Skills
Languages: Fluent English (frequent use with global stakeholders).
Education: Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience: Consolidated in controllership, financial operations, and business partnering at a managerial level.
Management: Experience in managing external partners (BPO).
Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge in revenue recognition, provisions, accounting closing, financial controls, IFRS, and BR GAAP.
Mindset: Experience in dynamic environments with strong growth and the need for process structuring.
Tools: Strong mastery of spreadsheets and analytical tools.
Systems: Knowledge of ERP (NetSuite desirable) and integration with tools like Salesforce.
