Customer Success Professional
CAS is seeking a skilled consultant to support the delivery of services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities, focusing on consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management.
Key deliverables include:
* Facilitating onboarding and enablement sessions for users
* Providing guidance to help customers realize the full value of solutions
* Maintaining strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations
* Identifying opportunities to grow, retain, and cross-sell within existing accounts
* Developing a pipeline of new business opportunities in assigned territories
* Conducting prospecting activities, including calls, emails, and presentations
* Delivering compelling presentations and messaging to build awareness of solutions
* Supporting marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and industry events
* Representing CAS at conferences and trade shows as agreed
* Maintaining accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM (Salesforce/LEX)
* Providing regular progress updates on engagement metrics and deliverables
