We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Technician to join our team!
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees. You will also serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms, supporting the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, and monitoring and maintaining endpoint security. You will also assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning, conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments, and document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems independently, and communicate solutions clearly. A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications) is required. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
Our operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
 * Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
 * Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management (e.g., Teamwork, ClickUp, Asana, Monday), internal tool builders, and AI-driven solutions.
 * Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
 * Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
 * Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
 * Support cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
 * Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
 * Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
