Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our blockchain engineering team. As a seasoned technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding the development of cutting-edge blockchain solutions.

* Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and deploying blockchain-based solutions.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the CTO and Product Manager.
* Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
* Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Manage delivery timelines, resources, and technical dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, ensuring the team remains productive and focused.
* Establish and enforce engineering standards across multiple technical domains.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve code quality, smart contract security, and infrastructure reliability.
* Promote the adoption of modern DevOps practices, including IaC, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.
* Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and DeFi developments to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on blockchain technologies.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
* Expertise in programming languages such as Solidity, Java, or Python.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
