Responsibilities
* Develop and monitor sales forecasts and performance KPIs.
* Analyze variances between forecast, budget, and actual results.
* Build scenarios and support vehicle lifecycle planning.
* Participate in S&OP processes, aligning demand, production, and inventory.
* Prepare management reports and dashboards.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams.
Requirements
* Experience in Sales Planning, Demand Planning, or Sales Operations (automotive).
* Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
* Advanced Excel and KPI management.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced English.
Location and work-mode:
* 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi).
