This role ensures operational excellence across campaigns, assortments, and portfolio management, while maximizing revenue opportunities and elevating product quality and commercial performance within SHEIN's BR marketplace. As a people leader, the Team Lead also supports team development, fosters high performance, and ensures alignment with business goals and marketplace strategy.This role will be based in our office in São Paulo/Faria Lima.Responsabilities: Responsible for leveraging GMV for all managed sellers they assist in order to guarantee their best portfolio. Lead business development for the category of Fashion Accessories Manage the team of Account Managers for the category, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance. Monitor and control basic account performance metrics (SKCs, sales, traffic and conversion) Negotiate strategies to leverage seller performance. Prepare reports about assisted sellers to leadership in order to execute defined strategies. Ensure high-quality service and maintain strong relationships with sellers. Propose and execute category/seller-growth projects. Be responsible for supporting the training and onboarding of new team members, acting as a technical reference and contributing to the team's ongoing development.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree.
