Profession (Job Category): Finance Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No The Opportunity Lead a functional work team within General Accounting (GA) in CSS Finance focused on the complete, accurate, and timely completion of accounting transactions. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and country front office in line with Group standards and best practices and Responsible for compiling local statutory GAAP books, and other local reporting. How You´ll Make an Impact - Lead, motivate and develop Financial Reporting Team - People manager, including staffing & selection, integration, facilitating technical/functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback, counselling and coaching as needed - Collaborate closely with General Accounting Delivery Manager - Ensuring compliance with Group and Statutory standards, regulations and guidelines local GAAP and IFRS accounting policies. - Oversee a portion of the month end close process for Financial Accounting - Ensures internal/external audits and other statutory audits are handled with high standards and in a professional manner and the findings are addressed and resolved in a timely way - Work collaboratively with different finance departments and colleagues within CSS Finance HUB but also with Front Office Managers, Business Line Controllers, Project Managers and other important stakeholders - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Your Background - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting or other business discipline. Master’s degree a plus - Deep experience in a multi-state, multiple legal entity environment preferred. Experience in Financial Accounting is a strong plus and in leadership function - Thorough understanding of internal controls and general accounting process - Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with internal customers and external partners (composure, conflict management, customer focus, negotiating) - Good understanding of continuous improvement process and problem-solving approach - Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask. - Proactive with the ability to manage time-dependent critical processes - Ability to lead and inspire the team toward higher level of performance - Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office. - Strong communication skills with fluency in English. - Working experience in BPO and CSS environment. - LI-Hybrid _
