We are searching for the best talent for REGIONAL MARKET ACCESS DIRECTOR to be in Brazil, Mexico or Colombia.
Purpose
Creates and executes comprehensive market access strategies through the integration of pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence‑based medicine review, and health economic modeling activities.
You will be responsible for:

Designs, develops and implements an integrated approach to all aspects of the payer value proposition from early development through and beyond loss of exclusivity.
Communicates the unique attributes of the therapeutic area drugs/medical devices to external multi‑stakeholders to ensure the drug's/device's value proposition will be recognized and maximize market uptake.
Works collectively with payers, including HTA, reimbursement influencers and other decision makers to ensure the continuously changing reimbursement systems remain fair to all involved parties.
Develop strategic studies with the end‑customer in mind to ensure that the results will favorably impact pricing, reimbursement and market access as well as market uptake.
Provides quantitative and qualitative pricing research.
Works with Health Economics/Outcomes Research to design pricing strategy.
Directs through lower management levels.
Has responsibility for managing a function that includes multiple related departments.
Establish policies appropriate for the function.
Interprets and recommends modifications to company‑wide policies and practices.
Interacts with senior management, and others concerning matters of significance to the company.
Conduct business and technical briefings for senior and top management and for external representatives.

Qualifications / Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, or related fields.
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.
Analytical profile with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Productive, dynamic, and efficient in work planning and execution.
Ability to plan, communicate, and think outside the box to solve complex problems.
Advanced English.
Experience in market access, HEOR, and/or strategic business areas.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in similar roles, managing social security/health insurance.
Experience and specific knowledge of the chronic and high‑cost treatments market.
Knowledge of the country’s healthcare system and market access conditions.
Understanding of health technology assessment principles and health economics.

Ability to critically interpret and use medical and HE literature.
Additional Skills

Data analysis skills to interpret market information and integrate insights into market access plans.
