We're seeking a Senior Lead Consultant with strong SAP or Workforce Management expertise to lead strategic implementations and mentor global teams.As a Sr. Lead Consultant, you'll collaborate with client stakeholders, guide internal teams, lead solution design and delivery, and serve as a key knowledge resource.Key Responsibilities:Implement SAP/Kronos/Workforce Manager-based solutionsLead blueprinting workshops and gather client requirementsDesign and document business and technical specificationsGuide clients through data cleansing, mapping, conversion, and reconciliationSupport UAT, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phasesTake ownership of issues and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve themConduct QA reviews on configurations and documentationIdentify and manage project-level risksLead knowledge-sharing sessions and team forumsMentor and support consultants through training and developmentReport progress to the Agile Team Lead and Project ManagerSupport pre-sales activities with technical input, demos, and documentation reviewLiaise with the Product Manager for feedback and roadmap updatesAssist with designing non-standard changes when neededRequirements:Required Qualifications:Experience in project and team managementBachelor's degree or equivalentConfiguration experience with SAP Payroll or Kronos/Workforce Manager (in one or more countries)Functional knowledge of at least two SAP areasStrong blueprinting and solution design skillsAvailable to travel 10–25%Preferred Qualifications:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience leading multi-country HR/Payroll implementationsStrong communication and client management skillsCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetAnalytical problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of implementation methodologiesExcellent time management and task prioritizationExperience leading consulting teamsExpertise in Payroll, HR, Portals, or Time Management modulesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and VisioClient-focused with deep understanding of SAP/Kronos business processesBenefits:Hybrid model in ArgentinaTravel opportunities for key project phasesWork on large-scale, global implementationsLead teams and contribute to strategic deliveryContinuous learning and leadership developmentPermanent position with long-term career growthBe part of a collaborative and expert global teamAre you ready to lead high-impact SAP projects and guide global teams to success?
