Responsibilities
* Fully understand processes related to Loading, Unloading, and Movement according to norms and procedures;
* Stay updated with processes and request additional training when necessary;
* Lead by example, serve as a professional role model, and keep the team engaged and motivated;
* Implement the daily operational schedule, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met;
* Manage shift handovers, reporting conditions and activities to be completed;
* Ensure compliance with team verification processes and safety rules;
* Maintain a positive work environment through cleanliness, organization, and care for supplies and equipment;
* Act as the gatekeeper for docks, controlling opening and closing;
* Manage vehicle entry and exit schedules at the dock;
* Adhere to scheduled work hours and breaks;
* Promote adherence to the company's code of conduct and embody Dominalog's culture, mission, and values.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent;
* Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or operations;
* Solid knowledge of logistics practices and procedures;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Quick and efficient problem-solving abilities;
* Excellent organizational and time management skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially basic Excel.
