Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and engaging Customer Communication Specialist to interact with users through live chat, fostering conversations and maintaining engagement.
This role requires strong written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow guidelines while keeping interactions engaging and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in text-based conversations with users in a friendly and interactive manner.
- Build rapport and maintain ongoing conversations to encourage user engagement.
- Respond to messages promptly while following provided scripts and guidelines.
- Track interactions to ensure quality and consistency across conversations.
- Meet activity and response targets as set by the team.
**Requirements**:
- Must be 18+ in age
- Fluent in English with strong reading and writing skills.
- No prior experience required—just a good command of English and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Must have a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection.
