Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Full Stack Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and experience with AWS-based application development.
* This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Databricks.
* They will also integrate Databricks workflows into broader application architecture, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions, and implement application features using AWS services and Python.
* In addition, this person will evaluate code quality through reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices, troubleshoot and optimize performance across data and application layers, and maintain documentation and contribute to agile ceremonies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Mandatory skills:
o Databricks experience, including project or engagement.
o Proficient in data engineering workflows, notebooks, and Spark-based processing within Databricks.
o AWS Full Stack Development experience:
+ AWS Certified (Foundational or Associate level).
+ Hands-on with EC2, Lambda, S3, and Python-based development.
+ Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
+ Familiarity with GitLab for version control and Jira for agile project tracking.
* Languages:
o English: B2 Upper Intermediate; Spanish: B2 Upper Intermediate.
