Job Title: Learning Delivery Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Learning Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the Operations team in Frankfurt by working closely with the customer's learning delivery team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions required to train trainees according to courses and per site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where necessary.
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability, ensuring their proper execution.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in training events or programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
* Foster adherence to workflow and processes using CRM tools.
Required Skills:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* A high-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and English language.
