What You Will Do
Work closely with the Head of TA to align recruitment goals with the area strategy and company objectives;
Lead and develop the recruitment team, promoting continuous growth;
Participate in alignment meetings with managers of requesting areas, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations about recruitment;
Define priorities and coordinate demands with managers and the Agile Master;
Monitor key recruitment metrics (time to hire, candidate satisfaction, manager feedback) to ensure efficiency and quality;
Report main performance insights to leadership, working with the Agile Master to identify areas for continuous improvement and plan corrective actions if needed;
Define and ensure the application of recruitment practices aligned with the company values and goals, maintaining high quality standards.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in tech recruiting;
Experience in leading teams;
Intermediate/advanced English;
Resident of Greater Florianópolis or Greater Porto Alegre;
Experience with recruitment platforms;
Data-driven mindset;
Ability to prioritize;
Strong organization and assertive communication;
Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Nice to Have
Experience with LATAM/global recruitment.
