Job Title: Ecommerce Paid Media Marketing Strategist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ecommerce Paid Media Specialist to manage large ad budgets across Meta and Google primarily. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads for US based ecommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Meta, Google, and/or TikTok ad accounts of US based ecommerce brands
* Run ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok
* Monitor ROAS, ad budgets, revenue, and core KPIs to optimize campaigns and achieve the desired results for our clients
* Create performance marketing reports for the accounts that you are managing to accurately display the analytics, results, and next steps
* Strategize on ways to improve the overall marketing strategy for our brands to increase effectiveness
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR 3-4 years of experience OR alternative education experience (mentors or courses)
* Prior experience working for an ecommerce brand or advertising agency is preferred
* Must be proficient in Facebook & Google Ads management for ecommerce brands
* Must be proficient in scaling ad budgets
* Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and a hunger to always provide great results for our clients
* Autonomous worker with an analytical mind
* Portfolio of work, results, or case studies
About You:
You should be comfortable using internal communication tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack for team meetings and to support other team members with any technical request. Experience with Monday.com or Asana is not required but please let us know if you have used it before or not. You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.
