Key Responsibility
1.Support EOMC sales by serving as the interface for customer and front-end SPP service solutions, identifying both explicit and implicit customer service needs, and developing effective service plans to help achieve sales targets.
2.Collaborate with service sales, delivery, legal, finance, QA, and other departments to draft service plans, terms, and corresponding OPEX costs that meet customer requirements, maximizing the success rate of bids.
3.Monitor the overall development trends of service-related products in the responsible region, and build the long-term competitiveness of service solutions, including timeliness, quality, cost, and safety.
Preferred Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree or above
2.Candidates with engineering or business backgrounds are preferred, and those with experience in new energy, data centers, or battery energy storage operation and maintenance are highly desirable.
3.Over 2 years of experience in the new energy or energy storage industry, with service experience; project management experience is a plus.
4.Fluent in English, able to conduct in-depth business communication independently; proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
* Regular, predictable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
* Ability to move throughout offices, manufacturing facilities, and construction areas, including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders.
* Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25–50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Ability to work in varied environments, including offices, industrial, and construction settings.
* Willingness to travel to other job sites as business needs require.
