Project Scheduler Role
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by managing project schedules in Smart Sheets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our project timelines.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain the schedule in Smart Sheets.
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure accurate status updates of integrations and other work.
* Work closely with site leads to maintain up-to-date status of site steps.
* Update the RAID log (Risk Management).
* Manage the dependency list.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience managing schedules for IT projects.
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Knowledge of digital project roll-out processes.
