Product Design Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Product Design Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our product development process, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Your primary focus will be on leading end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. You will partner closely with product management and engineering teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
* Design Responsibilities:
* Develop intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance.
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience.
* Create and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
* Mentor junior designers and provide design critique and feedback within the team.
Requirements
* Professional Qualifications:
* Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams.
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools.
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle.
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software.
* Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside product managers and engineers.
