Job LocationSeropedicaJob DescriptionThe Digital and IT Site Leader is responsible for defining and implementing the site’s digital master plan, aligning it with essential business needs. This role involves leading a multi-functional digital team at the site and collaborating with GBS service lines to achieve site operational targets, ensure compliance, and generate substantial value creation results.Key Responsibilities:Define and Drive the Digital Master Plan for the Site (30% of capacity)Actively participate as a member of the site leadership team.Develop the digital master plan for the site in line with the Business Unit (BU) and the site’s compelling business need.Ensure the master plan includes strategic interventions to optimize data architecture, enabling predictive analytics and value acceleration. Coach teams on the successful delivery of these programs/projects.Reflect the digital master plan in the portfolio tool (1PT) to track progress and outcomes.Lead regular digital portfolio reviews with key stakeholders from the site, central BU organization, and Global Business Services (GBS).Collaborate with GBS service line leaders/Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to achieve the site’s operational targets, drive business growth and value, and enable the progression of the Integrated Work System (IWS) framework's digital pillar.Lead the coordination of the multi-functional digital team’s master plan.Act as a thought leader and provide critical input to the master plan to ensure outcomes are achieved.Ensure alignment with P&G’s “Smart from the Start” strategy for site expansion projects.Lead and Deliver Value for the Site and/or Category (40% of capacity)Lead at least one top digital project per year to enable site and/or category value.Conduct at least one digital pilot per year leveraging P&G Data Architecture, AI, and Manufacturing Data Flow (MDF) architecture, bringing AI use cases to life to deliver business value.Anticipate and align future Digital Solutions/Investment opportunities with BU leadership and service lines, including data loss opportunities as part of loss elimination efforts.Ensure Operational Excellence and IT Controls - Audits Ready Every Day (20% of capacity)Manage the Site Data and Technology Budget (10% of capacity)About P&G:P&G is the largest consumer packaged goods company in the world. Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, learn continuously, and apply expertise to deliver business value. Ability to work independently and effectively in a highly matrix organization.Fluent in EnglishQualifications (Preferred):Experience working with multifunctional teams to deliver medium to high complexity projects.Demonstrated track record of portfolio management and driving digital interventions to transform/simplify business process.Solid understanding of IT operations.
