* Strong expertise with Postgres and Redis.
* Deep experience in web application development: design, configuration, performance optimization, integration, and analytics.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Agile development practices.
Bonus Points For
* Experience building applications with StimulusReflex and Hotwire.
* Comfort with front-end development using JavaScript, Stimulus, View Components, and SCSS.
