Senior IT Technical Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team.
* A full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment is required.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles is necessary.
* An understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals is expected.
* Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential.
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding. They will also build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
The ideal candidate should have high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems is also required.
