About the Community Manager Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily interactions, organizing recurring events, identifying user sentiment trends, and providing actionable insights to the Product, Support, and Marketing teams. You will also be expected to uphold community standards by moderating conversations, removing spam, managing conflict, and resolving situations with empathy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading daily interactions and maintaining a welcoming environment on platforms like Reddit, X, and Discord.
* Organizing recurring events such as AMAs, Q&As, user features, and community challenges to boost engagement and community spirit.
* Identifying user sentiment trends and gathering feedback to share actionable insights with the Product, Support, and Marketing teams.
* Upholding community standards by moderating conversations, removing spam, managing conflict, and resolving situations with empathy.
