Business Unit & Position

The Brazil Hotel Account Manager (all genders) manages the performance of regional hotel chains and participates in international accommodation programs for prestigious corporate clients.

This role acts as the primary contact for hotel partners, responsible for strategizing, managing satisfaction and performance, implementing initiatives, and overseeing partnership profitability as PnL owner. The position reports directly to the Vice President Procurement Consulting & Supplier Solutions Americas.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage partnerships and strategic initiatives with Brazil regional hotel chains, representing key global accounts from the Fortune 500 segment.
* Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders, including C-Level executives, positioning HRS as a trusted partner.
* Develop strategic discussions based on data analysis, customer needs, and industry trends.
* Own the commercial P&L for your partner portfolio, including negotiations.
* Design and execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal teams across regions.
* Act as the main contact for hotel partners, supported by operational and solution teams.
* Contribute to the growth of HRS Lodging as a Service platform, acting as an internal entrepreneur.

Required Skills & Experience

* Several years of experience in a tech-focused enterprise (e.g., SaaS, TravelTech).
* Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and solutions selling capability.
* Experience building stakeholder networks, including at senior levels.
* Proven project management and strategic planning skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
