Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Agile Practitioner to lead our Scrum teams. In this role, you will facilitate effective project execution and foster a collaborative work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Identify and resolve impediments to team progress
* Maintain an up-to-date Scrum board and backlog
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2-3 years of experience as an Agile Practitioner
* Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
* Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
* Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts
* Advanced proficiency in English
* Certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus but not required
