Where you Fit In:
As a Senior QA Engineer, you are a key technical leader within Quality Engineering. You own quality across complex, mission-critical systems and play an active role in shaping automation standards, testing strategy, and long-term reliability.
You go beyond execution — influencing decisions and ensuring quality is embedded into the engineering lifecycle.
You are a highly technical, systems-oriented QA professional with strong automation expertise.
You understand how systems interact across the stack and think proactively about risk, scalability, and long-term maintainability. You don’t just validate features — you anticipate failure points, analyze trade-offs, and design quality solutions accordingly.
You are confident leading discussions, mentoring others, and raising the bar for engineering excellence.
The impact you will have:
* Troubleshoot critical issues across environments and support root cause analysis
* Reduce flakiness and improve test stability and execution reliability
* Contribute to roadmap discussions and long-term quality vision
* Identify strategic quality risks and advocate for prioritization
* Mentor other QA engineers and strengthen onboarding and technical standards
* Continuously improving the Automation Framework and overall automation coverage
* Lead testing strategy for complex, cross-team systems.

* Experience improving automation reliability and non-functional coverage
