Overview of the Role
The Semi Senior Project Manager will leverage growing expertise to drive complex software development projects, balancing strategic planning, precise execution, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery that meets quality standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing complex software development projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Implementing and managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Mentoring junior project managers and team members in project management best practices.
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including presenting project status updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Project Management: 3+ years of experience, specifically in software development
- Delivery: Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Risk Management: Experience with risk and change management
- Methodologies: Advanced knowledge of Agile practices
- Technical Understanding: Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge
- Team Leadership: Experience in resource allocation and team management
- Documentation: Familiarity with project reporting standards
- Language: Advanced level of English
