Responsibilities:
* Partner with Turing leaders to translate team development needs into compelling learning experiences.
* Design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate.
* Curate and maintain a dynamic, streamlined training catalog in the LMS system.
* Embody an agile, customer-obsessed mindset to rapidly produce high-quality, iterative content elevated by feedback and data.
* Drive the development, engagement, and iterations of Sales and Engineering bootcamp programs.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience driving L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment.
* Experience leveraging LMS systems, e-learning platforms, and instructional design tools to deliver impactful learning experiences.
* Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
* Proven ability to analyze training metrics, evaluate impact, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
* Demonstrated skill in translating business objectives into innovative learning solutions.
