We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager to spearhead our social media presence and foster engagement within the tech and startup community.
This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a strategic plan for our client base, tracking customer satisfaction, and acquiring employers searching for tech talent. They will also generate leads and identify business opportunities.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales or similar environment
* Strong network in the HR/Recruiting Industry
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening and written)
* Proactive, solution-oriented mentality and great analytical skills
* Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients
* Capable of identifying business opportunities & market gaps
* Ambition to stay and grow with the company long term
* A flare for sales and negotiation
* An understanding of Recruitment
* Strong communication skills and a personable approach
* Efficient and a good attention to detail
* Resilient, able to handle cold and warm calling
