We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and technical expertise to support users in English and Spanish via various channels. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows, Office 365, Outlook, and ServiceNow, as well as knowledge of computer networks and VPNs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support, analyzing incidents, and resolving them efficiently. They will also maintain accurate records of service requests and incidents.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Technology or a related field, and at least two years of experience in a similar position. Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory, and ITIL knowledge is highly desirable.
