 
        
        At a leading recruitment agency, we're seeking experienced IT recruiters to join our world-class team.
Responsibilities:
 * Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
 * Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies
 * Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling
 * Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews
 * Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites
 * Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly
 * Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement
 * Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our operations
 * Act as a trusted representative of the organization, promoting its values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients
Requirements:
 * 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a fast-growing technology environment
 * Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles
 * Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals
 * Strong ability to multitask, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
 * High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus
 * Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems
