About the Role
As a business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities for improvement and developing innovative solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design effective solutions using Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
* Business process analysis: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Solution design & configuration: Design and configure Salesforce solutions that meet organizational goals.
* Data analysis & reporting: Prepare technical reports and dashboards to provide insights on business data and CRM trends.
* Testing & training: Conduct user acceptance testing, prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users.
* Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate effectively with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are met.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management.
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagrams.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting skills (Apex, SOQL) are advantageous.
