Responsibility Your main activities will be: Participating in implementation, improvement, and rollout projects; Executing project activities according to the plan: Designing/detailing solutions, configurations, tests, documentation, and customer support; Supporting the preparation and execution of integrated and regression tests for key users and IT analysts, to validate the implemented solution; Preparing the documentation required by the project: Configurations, tests, solution design/detailing, minutes, functional specifications, presentations, among others; Training key users and/or IT analysts; Identifying opportunities and proposing solutions and improvements; Seeking the necessary knowledge to ensure the best solution; Mapping technical risks of the project; Proposing/Conducting/Participating in training; Complying with the rules and procedures of Numen and its clients; Developing less experienced consultants. requirements Core experience · 8+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience, with at least 3 full life-cycle implementations. · Experience with integration with other modules. · Understanding of business processes and best practices to provide effective solutions Domain Expertise: experience with LATAM localization, preferably with Argentina and Mexico. FI knowledge · Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Credit Limit, Credit management, Bank communication / EDI and Treasury Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance with focus to tax setting, reporting and DRC. Knowledgble in integration to Logistic · Knowledge of Agile, Project Management, and Innovation processes · Experience leading projects · Ability to document SAP processes · SAP certifications preferred Nice to have · Experience with S/4HANA Behavioral profile · Strong communication skills · Ability to interact with different stakeholders, including Business teams, IT and external partners · Proven ability to lead initiatives end-to-end with ownership, working across internal teams and external partners additional information · Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. · Experience: 8+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience, with at least 3 full life-cycle implementations. · Domain Expertise: experience with LATAM localization, preferably with Argentina and Mexico. · Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance with focus to tax setting, reporting and DRC.
