The role of Partner Success Specialist involves managing relationships with partners, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and fostering long-term collaborations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in multiple languages and have experience in sales or customer service roles in the IT sphere.
Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor for partners, providing guidance on business matters related to Wialon.
* Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners through personal and online meetings.
* Participate in industry-related expos and events.
* Conduct regular communication sessions with partners to provide updates, address concerns and strengthen collaboration.
* Assist in resolving partner concerns and mitigating dissatisfaction.
* Encourage partners to share expertise within the community.
* Facilitate connections between partners and other Wialon teams.
* Monitor partner compliance with Wialon community policies and rules.
Partner Onboarding
* Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless integration into the Wialon ecosystem.
* Ensure partners are well-informed about Wialon's policies, team structure, pricing, billing, support and development procedures.
Collaboration & Business Development
* Develop a deep understanding of partners' businesses, market specifics and unique needs.
* Support partners in migrating their customers to Wialon, ensuring smooth transitions.
* Monitor partners' business success, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth.
* Engage with technology partners to drive collaboration and lead exchange.
* Gather domain knowledge to anticipate market trends and enhance partner engagement strategies.
* Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
CRM & Data Management
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree.
* Experience in sales or customer service roles in the IT sphere.
* Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish at a working fluent level.
* Recorded public speaking experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions from it.
* Time-management skills in a saturated work environment.
