Key Account Manager
We are looking for a seasoned B2B Key Account Manager with experience in the travel industry to drive sales growth and client satisfaction.
About the Role:
* In Charge of Existing Clients Within the assigned territory.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquisition of new key accounts within the assigned territory.
* Regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales and Business Development: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
* Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving business growth.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Experienced with proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
