As a seasoned Software Engineering Leader, you will spearhead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications using cutting-edge technologies like TypeScript and Next.js.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive architectural decisions and shape technical direction for our web platform.
* Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver meaningful features efficiently.
* Mentor junior/intermediate engineers to raise the bar on code quality.
* Build integrations with cloud infrastructure, credit, income, and valuation vendors.
* Optimize performance, scalability, and security across the stack.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience building and scaling web applications.
* Expertise in TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
* Strong background in MongoDB, Redis, Docker.
* Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers.
* Strong communication skills, with ability to thrive in a remote environment.
* Bonus: Experience with Zod, tRPC, Prisma, Jest/Playwright, BullMQ, and fintech/lending backgrounds is a plus.
