The Role
* Manage the initial stages of our sales pipeline, focusing on outbound activities across phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Conduct thorough research to identify and segment leads using premium tools like ZoomInfo and Crelate
* Execute high-volume cold calls and targeted communications daily, leveraging performance metrics and conversion data to refine campaigns
* Cultivate qualified meetings with influential executives (VPs, Directors, Founders) and track progress through integrated CRM systems
* Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure meeting quality and alignment with our target audience
* Continuously analyze and optimize outreach strategies based on activity and pipeline performance
Requirements and Qualifications
* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales development roles within B2B consulting or staffing/recruiting environments
* Proven success in generating meetings with mid-market US clients, demonstrating expertise in cold calling and sales engagement
* Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge, particularly in technology, product management, or executive search
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in fast-paced settings and meet high daily targets
* Mastery of sales tools and technologies, including SourceWhale, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Premium
